基于碳化机理的混凝土碳化深度实用数学模型

摘    要:基于混凝土碳化机理,建立了水灰比、水泥用量等混凝土碳化主要影响因素与理论模型中有效扩散系数Dce及单位体积混凝土的CO2吸收量m0之间的定量关系,推导得出一个有充分理论基础的混凝土碳化深度实用数学模型。经用试验结果验证表明,数学模型合理、准确、实用。

Abstract:Based on the mechanism of concrete carbonation, the quantitative relationships among the major factors affecting carbonation and the effective diffusion coefficient D c e as well as the CO 2 quantity absorbed by unit concrete m 0 are established in this paper. A practical mathematical model of concrete carbonation depth in accordance with these results is presented. The accuracy and reliability of this model are proved by experimental data.
