高层错层结构的抗震设计与措施

摘    要:错层结构属抗震性能相对不利的结构体系。随着建筑功能集成化多样化的发展,错层式建筑在我国已有很多应用实例。结合和平里车站住宅小区高层错层结构的设计与分析,对高烈度地区的错层结构采取严格的抗震措施和性能化设计后,可以有效的提高错层结构的抗震性能,增强结构安全储备,保证结构安全,对今后此类结构的设计提出一些有益的建议。
