| 摘 要： | 利用鄂西赤铁矿尾矿为主要原料制备免烧免蒸砖,对赤铁矿尾矿渣与建筑标准砂的用量进行配比试验,并考察成型水分、成型压力和外加剂用量对制品抗压强度的影响。试验结果表明,在尾矿渣掺量为78%、标准砂10%、水泥10%和石膏2%的配合比下,且成型水分15%、成型压力20 MPa和外加剂三乙醇胺0.01%的最佳条件下,制备的免烧免...

| Abstract: | The ratio of hematite tailings from western Hubei Province,as the main material in preparation of non-burned and non-autoclaved bricks,to standard building sands were studied in this paper.In addition,the effects of forming water contents,forming pressures and mixture contents on compressive strength were also investigated.The results showed that the non-burned and non-autoclaved brick with compressive strength at 15.9 MPa could be prepared in the optimum condition of 78% hematite tailing,10% the standard b... |
