摘    要:将波形钢板应用于钢管混凝土结构中,可以提高钢板的抗弯刚度,以防止高强钢管混凝土结构中钢板屈服前发生弹性局部屈曲。基于正交薄板理论,假定波形钢板的非荷载边为弹性转动约束,利用伽辽金法对单侧受限波形钢板单向受压屈曲荷载公式进行了推导,并给出了两种特殊边界条件下的简化计算公式。计算结果表明:对于四边简支和四边嵌固板,该方法与现有公式计算结果一致;理论计算结果与通用有限元软件ABAQUS数值解吻合。最后给出临界屈曲系数与各项参数关系,为后续的研究打下基础。

Abstract:By applying corrugated steel plates to concrete-filled steel tubular structures,the flexural stiffness of steel plates can be enhanced,and elastic local buckling can be avoided for the steel sections in concrete-filled high-strength steel tubular structures.In this paper,the corrugated plate was assumed to be an orthotropic thin plate and elastically rotational restraint on the unloading edges.The analytical formulation of Galerkin method for unidirectional compressive buckling capacity of corrugated plates with one-side restrained was presented,and simplified formulas for two special cases were given.The results showed that the prediction of buckling capacities of corrugated plates was consistent with those predicted by existing formulas for the limiting cases of simply supported and clamped edges.And the predictions using the formulas were in a good agreement with the finite element results using ABAQUS software.Finally the relationship between critical buckling coefficient and respective parameter was proposed,which can provide agood reference for further research in these area.
