新型全螺栓连接钢框架抗震性能试验研究

摘    要:针对方钢管柱与H形钢梁难栓接的问题,提出了一种新型全螺栓连接方式。这种连接方式舍去传统螺栓连接的螺帽,由直接在柱壁相应位置的攻丝充当,然后通过高强度螺栓把钢梁和方钢管柱直接连接。为了研究新型全螺栓连接方式运用在钢框架上的抗震性能,按照1:2比例模型,分别制作了采用传统栓焊连接方式(KJ-1)和新型全螺栓连接方式(KJ-2)的单层单跨钢框架。通过低周往复加载试验,对比分析了两者的破坏现象、承载力、滞回曲线、骨架曲线、刚度退化以及延性等抗震性能。结果表明,KJ-2比KJ-1承载力提高了16.1%,延性增加了13.7%,耗能提高了9.5%;二者的刚度退化程度接近。总体而言,采用新型全螺栓连接钢框架的抗震性能稍优于采用传统栓焊连接的钢框架的抗震性能。

Abstract:A new type of bolted connection method is presented to solve the problem that the square steel tube column itself is difficult to be bolted with H-shape beam.The new connection method is to remove the screw bolt of the traditional bolt connection,and tap directly at the corresponding position of the column wall,then directly connect the steel beam and the square steel tube column through high-strength bolts.In order to study the seismic behavior of new fully-bolted connection for steel frame,two steel frames with a model ratio of 1:2 are designed.One of them is a frame connected using traditional connections with welded flanges and bolted webs(KJ-1),and the other is a new fully-bolted connection frame(KJ-2).Two frames are both single story and single span steel frame.Two steel frames are tested under low cyclic loading.The failure modes,bearing capacity,hysteretic curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation and ductility of the two methods are compared and analyzed.The results show that the bearing capacity,ductility and energy dissipation of KJ-2 are 16.1%,13.7%and 9.5%higher than those of KJ-1,and their stiffness degradation degree is similar.Overall,the seismic performance of steel frames with new fully-bolted connections is slightly better than that of steel frames with traditional connections.
