摘    要:塞焊焊接广泛应用于建筑、船舶和海洋平台等钢结构领域中。焊接质量是影响钢结构整体性能的重要因素之一。以实际工程为背景,利用超声波探伤技术进行塞焊焊缝缺陷检测,通过分析常规回波图的特点,对塞焊焊缝中可能出现的损伤与缺陷如夹渣、气泡、焊瘤、未焊透和裂缝等进行识别和判定。还重点针对影响实际焊缝承载力最大的裂缝因素,通过绘制出缺陷位置、完好位置以及标准试块的回波波峰衰减图,统计各位置第3、第4次回波波峰与首次回波波峰高度比值表,直观地比较缺陷与完好位置回波图的差异,寻求现场无损检测中判断塞焊焊缝存在裂缝的定量化参考指标,以期为钢结构塞焊焊接中裂缝检测和其他缺陷的检测判定提供多重判据。

Abstract:Plug welding is widely used in construction,ship,ocean platforms and other fields,and the welding quality is one of the important factors affecting the overall performance of structure.Plug welding defect detection is studied in this paper by the way of ultrasonic testing(UT)based on an actual steel structure project.The damages that may occur in the plug weld,such as slag,bubble,weld beading,incomplete penetration and crack are detected through the analysis of the characteristics of conventional echo figures.Furthermore,this paper focuses on the main factors affecting the bearing capacity of the weld-the welding crack.By plotting the defect position,intact position and echo peak attenuation of the standard test block,analyzing the third and the fourth echo peak height and the first echo peak height statistical table,the difference between the defect and intact position echo graph can be directly compared,and the quantitative reference index for determining the existence of cracks in the plug welding seam by on-site nondestructive testing can be found.The results illustrated in this study can provide a valuable reference for the detection of defects in plug welding through ultrasonic testing in steel structure.
