摘    要:从20世纪90年代开始我国现代高层办公发展迅速,尤其在创作领域建筑师在高层办公建筑关键发展时期,如何通过设计理念和方法的创新实现高层办公建筑的创新发展是目前建筑师的时代使命。因此,设计理念与方法的创新,对其进行深入解析可以发现,蕴藏其中的创新要素主要集中在城市空间角度的设计创新、建筑空间设计创新和建筑技术创新三大方面。该文探讨了高层办公建筑的创新发展。并以广州电网生产调度中心建筑投标方案为例,从城市空间角度、建筑空间角度、建筑技术利用角度等三个方面,逐步分析、展开论述了高层的创新途径和方法。

Abstract:From 1990s, modem high-rise office building is developing rapidly in our country, especially in the field of creation of high-rise office building architects in the crucial period of development, how to realize the innovation and development of high41se office building through innovative design concept and method is the architect's mission of the times. Therefore, innovative design concept and method, carries on the thorough analysis can be found, which contain elements of innovation mainly concentrated in the city space design innovation, architectural space design innovation and construction of technology innovation in three aspects. In this paper, we discuss the innovation development of high-rise building, and taking Guangzhou power grid scheduling center construction bidding scheme as an example, from three aspects of city space, architectural space, architectural view angle the angle, we step by step analyze and discuss the ways of innovation level and method.
