武汉法租界三德里社区公共空间初探

针对武汉传统社区——里分的巷道公共空间进行实地调研,并进一步研究影响里分住区公共空间使用的相关因素。调研采用典型时间断面调查法,统计与绘制活动分布图,记录所选时间段内的巷道活动者属性、活动类型以及人群分布等特征。通过比较不同时间段的人群活动特征之差别,联系巷道公共空间的客观属性,提出社区周边环境、空间形态、巷道级别、商业类型以及设施景观等因素对居民使用公共空间的影响,从使用者的角度探索里分社区公共空间的特征与品质。

Study on the Public Space of Sande Lane in French Concession,Wuhan

This is an on-the-spot investigation carried out in the public lane space of the historical Li-Fen community in Wuhan, with a further research on the the factors influencing the use of residential public space being concerned. Research methods include time section investigation method, statistical distribution to activities, records of people properties of roadway for a selected time period, and studies of activity typology and population distribution and other characteristics. By comparing the discrepancy of the characteristics of human activities among different time, significant properties that concatenate the lane space are concerned,and further,factors,like community environment,space form,level of roadway, the types of commercial facilities, landscape and so on, influencing the usage of residents towards public space are raised to explore characteristics and of the quality community public space from the perspective of the users.
