英国工业遗产价值评定研究

目前国内关于工业遗产价值评定的研究仍处于起步阶段,还没有形成全国性的价值评估体系和价值认定标准,这对于工业遗产的认定分级、保护及后续的再利用带来诸多的不利。文章在总结国内学者关于工业遗产价值评定相关研究成果的基础之上,深入挖掘研究英国的工业遗产价值评估体系,从英国工业遗产保护的机构立法、保护的制度方式以及工业遗产价值的评定标准等方面加以研究介绍,以期对中国建立自己的价值评定标准提供有益的参考和借鉴。

Research on British Industrial Heritage Value Evaluation

The current domestic research on the value evaluation criteria of＇industrial heritage is still in its infancy. The national value evaluation system and criteria have not been formed. This has brought a lot of disadvantages on the classification, protection, and subsequent reuse of industrial heritage. On the basis of summarizing the predecessors＇ researches, this paper studies deeply on British value evaluation system of industrial heritage, and researches on the Legislation system, protection methods and the criteria of industrial heritage to expect to provide the beneficial reference and recommendation on establishing Chinese own value evaluation criteria.
