杭州清河坊历史建筑的保护与修缮

从当今世界各国的情况来看，对历史建筑的保护正在不断地扩展和深化，内容也在不断的增添和丰富。中国近20年来，城市更新进程正逐步加大力度，新与日之间的矛盾日益突出。总结了国内外历史建筑保护修缮工作中的经验成果，在杭州清河坊历史街区保护修缮工作的基础上，对目前及今后开展此方面的研究和实践进行了初步的探索，提出了城市更新过程中历史建筑保护与修缮的原则和内容。

Protection and Remedy of Historic Buildings in Qinghefang, Hangzhou

From the current conditions around the world, the protection of historic buildings is always being extended and deepened, and its content is growing and enriched. During past 20 years in China, the urban renewal process has gradually been powered so that the conflict between the old and the new is getting more serious. Through reviewing the experience and achievement of the protection and remedy of historic buildings in homeland and foreign countries, based on the practice of Qinghefang Historic Buildings in Hangzhou, some research and exploration have been carried out, which may promote the new principles and content for the current and future protection and remedy of historic buildings during urban renewal process.
