北京市城市内部人居环境评价及对居住建设的启示

城市人居环境涉及居住群体、自然和社会环境、小区物业管理、以及建筑物质量和价格等各个方面。近年来关于城市人居环境的研究日益受到重视,在对北京市城市内部居民居住环境满意度问卷调查基础上,从宏观和微观两个层面上构建北京市人居环境评价指标体系,设计了人居环境评价模型,对北京市城市内部人居环境进行了单项和综合评价,在此基础上提出北京市居住建设的优化方向。

The Assessment of Beijing Urban Human Settlements and the Suggestions for the Construction

The construction of city's human settlements relates to inhabitants, natural and social environment, property management, construction quality and housing price, So many scholars pay more attention to city's human settlements recently. The authors first put forward the assessment index system and build the assessment model in this paper based on the questionnaire about satisfaction of Beijing urban human settlements, then the authors assess region difference of human settlements among the places we choose and assess the human settlements as a whole. At last the authors put forward the measures about how to improve the Beijing city human settlements.
