“宁静致远”与“人声鼎沸”——云南古镇商业化旅游开发的迷思

针对云南许多古镇呈现出的全民开店的风气、原住民的流失、游客旅游关注点的异变、"宾主"互动缺乏四个方面的现象,以及古镇过度商业化带来的一些问题,该文从古镇风貌的传承,古镇的更新改造方法两方面对古镇保护开发的应走之路做一些具体的思考分析,其中在古镇的风貌形态问题上着重谈了"优雅"的问题,而在古镇的改造方法问题上,主要探索了"社区营造"与"前台、后台"理论与古镇保护开发的联系,并在最后讨论了古镇保护与开发产生的矛盾问题。

Silence and Boisterous Town:Reflection of Yunnan Ancient Town Commercial Tourism Development

Aiming at four aspects phenomena such as the commercial town change, aborigines run off, bringing tourist concerns change, the lack of interaction of the Yunnan ancient town and some excessive commercial problems, the paper makes some thinking from two aspects such as the heritage of the town style and features and town transformation method, style and features problem of the town focuses on the ＂ elegant ＂, and on the issue of the town transformation methods, it mainly explores the links of＂ community building ＂and ＂foreground, background theory＂ and protection of ancient towns developed, and finally it discusses the contradiction between economic development and protection of the ancient town.
