湖北地区绿色建筑适宜技术及增量成本分析

为了更加有效地推动我省绿色建筑的发展与研究,该文首先介绍了我省绿色建筑发展现状,然后详细分析了43个已获得绿色建筑评价标识项目的内容与评估成果(其中包括28个住宅项目和15个公共建筑项目,涵盖一、二星级项目),根据这些项目绿色建筑申报书的情况总结出了不同类别不同星级绿色建筑的增量成本,分析得出现阶段项目的技术路线决定了增量成本的大小,可以考虑进一步将一星绿色建筑作为我省建筑设计的基本要求,以提高建筑行业的整体质量和水平。

Green Building Appropriate Technologies and Incremental Cost Analysis of Hubei Areas

In order to promote the development and research of green building in our province, this paper first introduces the development status qua of green building in our province, then analyzes the content, evaluation results and the incremental cost of 43 projects which have been given the green building assessment identifying.these projects include 28 residential and 15 public buildings, which covert one and two-star level green buildings. By analysis on the green building declarations which reflect the current project technical route determines the incremental cost which are different category and star levels, and then in order to enhance the overall quality and level of the construction industry ,it considers one-star level green building as the basic requirements of the building design in our province.
