Study on the Architecture Design of the Rentable Pavilion in 2005 Expo Aichi

Every country pavilion in Expo 2005 Aichi was rentable. The key of rentable pavilion design was to avoid tedium no matter in the indoor and outdoor spaces or on the building surfaces. The design technique of rentable pavilions in this Expo was that, each country decided the quantity and combination style of standard units basing on the exposition needs, integrated its pavilion in various group forms combining tightly with the natural topography, to create rich and colorful outdoor spaces. On building images, full expressing the design theme, skillful dealing with the shape, and using the methods as selecting architecture material and color arrangement could make the simple figures show the different appearance shapes in order to create unique architecture style.
