| 摘 要： | 为解决我国 PPP 养老项目运营阶段绩效指标体系不完善的问题，以 PPP 养老项目运营阶段关键成功因素为基础，同时根据马斯洛需求理论，兼顾老年人的需求，采用文本分析法，利用 NVivo 质性分析软件对 193 篇文献资料进行编码分析，归纳识别出 PPP 养老项目运营阶段的绩效指标。并基于编码结果赋予绩效指标权重，构建了较为完整的 PPP 养老项目运营阶段绩效指标体系。研究成果基于第三方的客观视角，以期给使用者提供一个较为全面的绩效指标体系。

| Abstract: | To solve the problem of the imperfect performance indicators system, this paper summarizes and identifies theperformance indicators of the PPP pension project in the operation stage. Based on Maslow’s demand theory and the elderly needs,the Text analysis is used to encode and analyze 193 documents using qualitative analysis software NVivo based on the key successfactors of the PPP pension project in the operation stage. This study also establishes a relatively complete performance indicatorsystem based on the coding results. The results of this research aim at providing a relatively comprehensive performance indicatorsystem for users from a third party’s objective perspective. |
