摘    要:在系统分析既有建筑节能改造项目的费用影响因素的基础上,提出了既有建筑节能改造项目费用估算的概念和组成。从内部影响因素与各阶段改造费用的角度分析提取了项目特征。针对节能改造项目全寿命周期费用的组成特点,构建了具有阶段特色的费用估算方法,结合现有模型理想假设的缺陷,对未来绿色节能改造项目费用估算模型进行了修正。通过实证研究,运用构建的全寿命周期费用估算模型对选定的待测项目进行估算,验证了该模型的适用性。

Abstract:This study puts forward the concept and composition of energy conservation in existing buildings project cost estimates on the basis of systematic analysis of the existing building energy-saving projects cost factors. From the viewpoint of internal factors and cost analysis of the various stages,this paper picks up the feature extraction of the project. According to the characteristics of whole-life cost on energy-saving projects,it builds cost estimation method with stage characteristics. Combined with the defect on ideal assumptions of existing models,the costing model of future green energy-saving projects was modified. Finally,this paper applies the life-cycle cost estimation model to testing the selected project estimate to verify the empirical applicability of the model.
