摘 要: | 利用增加值法筛选华东地区7省市2007~2014的建筑业效率评价指标,运用三阶段DEA模型对效率的静态水平进行比较研究,弥补了传统DEA模型忽略环境变量和随机误差的缺陷。在此基础上运用Malmquist指数模型分析建筑业效率的动态变化及原因。结果表明,近7年华东地区建筑业效率呈上升趋势,主要归功于技术进步效率指数。在2008~2009年出现下降情况,归结于建筑业未来形势不明朗,规模效应不稳定;管理粗放体系不完善,纯技术效率负增长。

Efficiency Evaluation of Construction Industry in East China Based on Three-Stage DEA Model and Malmquist |

Abstract: | The paper screens construction industry production efficiency evaluation index of 7 provinces in east China from 2007 to 2014 by using the method of the added value. The use of a three-stage DEA model for static level of productivity of a comparative study,make up ignoring environment variables and random errors defects of traditional DEA model. It analyzes the changing trends using Malmquist index model. The results showed that total factor productivity in east China is rising mainly due to technological progress. Scale efficiency restricts the overall efficiency of growth. The construction industry total factor productivity declined from 2008 to 2009 dues to uncertain situation and unstable scale, imperfect extensive management system, negative pure technical efficiency. |
