组态视角下治理策略对项目管理绩效影响研究

咨询企业的项目管理能力是全过程工程咨询项目取得成功的重要影响因素。因而业主方改善项目管理绩效不单需要组织间项目治理机制的作用，还要依赖咨询企业的项目管理治理水平。用定性比较分析方法，确定了以业主与咨询企业间的控制权配置、报酬机制、信任、沟通以及咨询企业项目管理治理水平等治理策略为前因变量，以项目管理绩效为结果条件的组态模型，并输出了能有效改善项目管理绩效的5 条等效路径。结果显示:项目管理绩效的改善取决于全过程工程咨询项目不同层级治理策略组合的实施程度。研究结果为业主方提供了全过程工程咨询模式下项目管理绩效改善的新路径。

Research on the Influence of Governance Strategies on Project ManagementPerformance from the Perspective of Configuration

The project management capability of the consulting enterprise is an important influencing factor for the success of thelife cycle engineering consulting project. Therefore，the improvement of project management performance by the owner not onlyneeds the function of inter-organizational project governance mechanism，but also relies on the level of project managementgovernance of consulting enterprises. A configuration model was determined by using qualitative comparative analysis method. Themodel takes the control power deployment，compensation mechanism，trust，communication and the governance level of projectmanagement as antecedent variables between the owner and the consulting enterprise，and project management performance as theresult condition, which identifies five equivalent paths that can effectively improve project management performance. The resultsshow that the improvement of project management performance depends on the degree of implementation of governance strategycombinations at different levels in the life cycle engineering consulting project. The research results provide a new path for theowners to improve the project management performance under the life cycle engineering consulting mode.
