Building Whole Process Engineering Consulting ServiceTeam Based on Knowledge Map

The promotion of whole-process consultation is facing great challenges for consulting enterprises. Among thesechallenges, the biggest one is human resource management, and the deployment of project human resources has become the key todetermining the efficiency and benefit of consulting business. To improve the implementation efficiency of consulting business, thispaper puts forward a logical framework of human resource allocation in the whole process of consulting business based onknowledge map. Through the evaluation of employees’ abilities, this paper establishes an employee’s ability map, analyzes theabilities of the personnel who need to complete the tasks in the consulting business process, and establishes a process knowledge map.Then, according to a certain principle of resource allocation, each consultant’s ability can be brought into full play to complete thework matching his own ability, and the efficiency and benefit of consulting service can be improved.
