基于BIM 技术的装配式建筑精细化施工管理研究

随着 BIM 技术的发展，装配式建筑的智能化施工管理问题逐渐成为建筑行业关注的焦点。从装配式建筑的施工项目精细化管理角度出发，深入分析了 BIM 技术在装配式建筑的工程成本、质量、安全和进度 4 个方面的管理优势及具体应用，探讨了装配式建筑在施工过程中的精细化管理，强化施工和管理之间的关系，并以某海洋馆工程为例详细介绍了 BIM技术在装配式建筑上的具体应用，实现了装配式建筑的智能化和精细化的施工管理，优化施工方案、降低施工成本、缩短施工工期，提高施工质量，为推进装配式建筑的发展提供借鉴。

Research on Lean Construction Management of PrefabricatedBuilding Based on BIM Technology

With the development of BIM technology，the intelligent construction management of prefabricated building hasgradually become the focus of the construction industry. From the perspective of lean construction management of prefabricatedbuilding，this research investigates the management advantages and specific applications of BIM technology for prefabricatedbuilding in terms of engineering cost，quality，safety, and schedule. Lean management in the construction process of prefabricatedbuilding is discussed to strengthen the relationship between construction and management. Taking an aquarium project as a casestudy，the specific application of BIM technology in the prefabricated building is introduced in detail. It realizes the intelligent andlean construction management of the prefabricated building. The BIM technology can optimize the construction plan，reduce theconstruction cost，shorten the construction time，and improve the construction quality. The results provide valuable references for thedevelopment of the prefabricated building.
