重大工程组织理论研究的关键方向和创新方法——超越传统工程视角的思考

重大工程（或称巨型工程、超级工程等）已经成为国际实践界和学术界的一个研究热点，但相应组织理论体系建设却才刚刚起步，且较多采用传统项目管理理论研究范式。作为一种独特的组织体系，需要从新视角审视重大工程组织问题。从超越传统视角出发，重新思考了重大工程组织理论研究的关键方向和重要方法。分析了当前重大工程组织理论研究的问题和挑战，总结出研究需要超越工程视角，在组织边界、项目特点、实施阶段、研究视角几个关键方向上进行突破，提出了重大工程组织理论构建的技术路线和重要创新方法。

Key Issues and Innovative Methods of Megaproject Organization Theory——A Critical Thinking Beyond the Perspective of Traditional Engineering

Megaproject has become a prevailing research issue for international academics and practitioners，while theestablishment of related organization theory system is at a primary stage，and traditional project management research paradigm weremainly adopted. As a unique organizational system，it is necessary to explore megaproject organization issues from a newperspective. The paper aims to rethink key issues and innovative methods of research related on megaproject organization beyond thetraditional engineering perspectives. This study first analyzes the problems and challenges in current megaproject organization theorystudies，then summarizes the research needs beyond the traditional engineering perspective and makes breakthroughs in several keydirections:organizational boundaries，characteristics of project，implementation stages，and research methods. Finally，a researchroute and several innovative methods are put forward for the foundation of megaproject organization theory.
