| 摘 要： | 中建科技在 EPC 管理模式基础上，结合装配式建筑的产业特点，创新提出并推广“研发+设计+制造+采购+施工装配”REMPC 五位一体工程总承包建造模式。在 REMPC 模式的指导思想下，结合裕璟幸福家园项目实践，创新提出“11231”的工程总承包管理方法并全面应用于深圳坪山高新区综合服务中心项目，效果显著。

| Abstract: | Based on the EPC management mode and industrial characteristics of prefabricated buildings，China ConstructionScience & Technology Co. LTD.，innovatively proposes a REMPC（Research + Engineering + Manufacture + Procurement +Construction）framework，which is a five-in-one project general contracting construction mode. Under the guidance of REMPC modeand the practice of Yujing Happiness Home Project，the company promotes the "11231" project general contract managementmethod，and applies it to to a mixed service center of Pingshan High-tech Zone in Shenzhen. The findings of this study demonstratethat this method is valid and reliable. |
