工程项目工期—成本—质量—安全水平综合优化研究

摘    要:目前工程项目多目标优化的相关研究中,较少考虑工期、成本、质量等目标与安全水平之间的联系。针对这一不足,在分析工序安全水平影响因素的基础上,得到了成本—安全水平优化模型,并将安全目标引入工期—成本—质量优化模型,构建了工期—成本—质量—安全水平均衡优化模型。为了有效求解该型,引入了量子粒子群算法,结合工程实例进行模拟仿真,得到工期、成本、质量与安全水平的一系列 Pareto 解,并进行方案决策,结果表明得到的 Pareto 解集能为项目管理者的决策提供有效支持,量子粒子群优化算法在求解该模型方面是有效性的。

Abstract:In current research on multi-objective optimization of engineering projects,there is a lack of considerations on therelationship between schedule,cost,quality and safety levels. To address this deficiency,the cost-safety level optimization modelwas developed based on the analysis of the influencing factors of process safety level. The safety goal was introduced into thetime-cost-quality optimization model to build equilibrium optimization model of time-cost-quality-safety. Secondly,this studyintroduces the quantum-behaved particle swarm optimization(QPSO)to improve the solution efficiency. Finally,simulationexperiments are conducted with engineering examples to obtain a series of Pareto solutions for construction schedule,cost,qualityand safety level. The results show that the obtained Pareto solution can provide effective supports for decision-making process. Thequantum-behaved particle swarm optimization is effective in solving the model.
