社群构建主义学习理论及其在工程管理实践教学中的应用

摘    要:探索教学理论的创新与实践对提高高等教育人才培养质量具有重要的意义。在论述社群构建主义学习理论的基础上,提出了一种新的工程管理专业认知实践教学模式。界定了认知主体、客体、评价者和相关方等基本要素及其彼此联系,进而构建了以功能、物质技术条件和形象为视角,以刺激—反应—结果为过程,以随机群体为单位,包含群体间自我评价——教师综合评价的自主学习流程系统。通过对照试验,表明该模式能激发实习者自主求知热情,实习效果较好。

Abstract:Discuss the social constructivism learning theory(SCL)and its origin,forms,mechanism,and features. Present a new practice teaching mode on the basis of SCL for undergraduates with specialty of construction project management. The subjects and objects,evaluators,other participants,and the underlying relationships among them are identified as fundamental elements in this schema. And then,from the perspectives of function,material and technology,and appearance,an automatic learning system is established integrating stimulus,reaction and result as a complete process,with the form of social groups and group-self-evaluation and supervisor-evaluation as well. Finally,by a control experiment,it is illustrated that the new schema can stir up the enthusiasm of learners autonomously.
