基于云模型的工程施工合同风险评价

摘    要:施工合同是建设工程中最为重要的合同,其一旦存在风险会严重影响到各工程参与方的利益,因此对施工合同进行风险评价非常重要。而施工合同风险评价作为一个复杂的系统评价问题,是建设工程合同管理的重要过程。通过文献综述与实际工程相结合的方式,从施工方的角度建立施工合同风险评价指标体系;采用CRITIC赋权法计算评价指标的客观权重,通过云模型逆向发生器计算合同风险云数字特征,利用正向发生器生成合同风险云图,以此直观评价合同风险等级,同时,通过利用相近度的方法进一步确定评价结果的可靠性;将建立的施工合同风险评价方法应用到实际工程中,得出所选工程实例的施工合同处于高风险等级。

Abstract:The construction contract is the most important part in a construction project. Once there is a risk,it will seriously affect the interests of all project participants. Therefore,it is very important to conduct a risk assessment on the construction contract. The construction contract risk evaluation is a complex system important for contract management. By combining literature review and construction practice,the risk evaluation index system of construction contract is established from the perspective of contractors. To directly evaluate the contract risk,the CRITIC weighting method is used to calculate the objective weight of evaluation indexes,the cloud model reverse generator is used to calculate the cloud digital features of contract risk,and the contract risk cloud map is generated by using the forward generator. At the same time,the reliability of evaluation result is further determined by using similarity degree; Finally,the established evaluation method for construction contract risk is applied to a actual project to determine the contract risk,and the results show that the construction contract risk of the selected project is at a high level.
