| 摘 要： | IPD 模式是一种新型的项目交付模式，其核心支撑技术是 BIM 技术和精益建造技术。通过文献阅读，归纳出 BIM在 IPD 模式中的应用体系:BIM 为 IPD 模式提供数据的储存和交换服务、BIM 帮助 IPD 进行法律事务处理、BIM 帮助 IPD完成设计施工任务和 BIM 有助于 IPD 组织文化的形成。研究 IPD 模式中主要使用的两种精益建造工具——末位计划者系统（LPS）和目标价值设计（TVD），提出两种工具的具体流程和步骤。针对 BIM 技术和精益建造技术，通过实际案例进行阐述，为国内应用 IPD 模式奠定理论基础，具有实践指导意义

| Abstract: | IPD is a new type of project delivery mode，the major support technologies are BIM and lean construction. By reviewingliterature，this study summarizes the application of BIM system in the IPD mode:BIM provides data storage and exchange servicesfor IPD mode；BIM helps IPD to handle legal affairs；BIM helps IPD to complete the design task of construction；BIM contributesto the formation of IPD culture. This study investigated the last planner system（LPS）and the target value of design（TVD）a in theIPD mode，and gives the specific process and steps of these two kinds of tools. Through the real case for specific analysis，it lays atheoretical foundation for the domestic application of IPD mode，and also has practical significance. |
