工程建设标准体系的复杂性研究

摘    要:工程建设标准体系内部存在的复杂性与标准体系功能间的密切关系是构建标准体系的重要依据。利用六维空间结构模型将复杂的标准体系结构进行分解,给出以功能团为基本层次的工程建设标准可行域,从工程建设标准体系的层次结构关系得出标准体系所具有的层次性、非线性和耦合性特点。利用一般系统结构理论给出标准体系功能团的抽象表达,在此基础之上论证工程建设标准体系的复杂性根源。利用体系分解得到的基本层次,基于标准维度的序列优先规则,对标准体系的复杂关系进行重新组合,提供构建工程建设标准体系的新方法。

Abstract:The close relationship between the internal complexity and the function of construction standard system is an important basis in establishing the construction standard system.The six-dimensional space structure model was used to analyze the complex structure of construction standard system.Feasible region of engineering construction standard with the functional groups as its basic level was given.According to the hierarchical structure relation of the standard system,its features on hierarchy,nonlinearity and coupling were given.The Abstract expression for functional groups of construction standard system was given based on the structural theory of general systems,and then the sources of the complexity in construction standard system were demonstrated.By using the basic level of the system and the priority sequence rules of standard dimension,the complex relationship of standard system was recombined,leading to a new method of establishing the construction standard system.
