服役结构可靠性的模糊综合评判法及其应用

对服役结构的可靠性进行科学合理的评判,是对结构进行改、扩建及加固、维修的基础,故在工程上具有特别重要的意义.为了改进现有评判方法主观性过大的缺点,本文采用模糊综合评判法来进行服役结构的可靠性评定,主要研究了服役结构可靠性模糊综合评判法的基本理论与实施方法.通过一工程实例较为详细地介绍了本方法主要过程和关键步骤.此工程实例结果表明,用这种定量方法来处理结构可靠性评判中的大量不确定信息是科学、合理而又实用的.

THE RELIABILITY OF EXISTING BUILDING BY FUZZY INTEGRATED EVALUATION

To evaluate the reliability of an existing building is the basis to rebuild, to extend, and to maintain structures. There fore, it is very important for the civil engineering field. The primary defect of the evaluation currently in use is that there are too much subjective factors. A fuzzy integrated evaluation method for the existing building is proposed in the paper. The hierarchical analysis is used in the method. It is one of the practical decision methods. Then the main processes and essential steps are introduced in detail with an engineering example. The numerical results have shown that the proposed method is feasible and reasonable.
