摘    要:型钢混凝土(SRC)框架 混凝土核心筒混合结构以其较好的抗震性能和灵活的空间布置被越来越多地应用于高层及超高层建筑中,合理评估其地震破坏等级可为震前灾害预测和震后修复或重建提供重要依据。总结分析大量该类结构主要受力构件的拟静力试验结果,参考《建(构)筑物地震破坏等级划分》(GB/T 24335—2009)和相关文献,给出各主要受力构件不同破坏状态的描述,计算各构件在不同破坏状态下满足85%以上保证率的变形指标限值,建立基于构件变形指标的该类高层混合结构破坏等级评估方法。通过有限元分析,对1栋混合结构在三水准地震作用下的破坏等级进行评估。结果表明:基于构件变形指标给出的整体结构的破坏等级判别结果与基于有限元分析给出的材料损伤云图的综合判别结果一致,说明所给出的各构件变形指标限值是合理的,所建立的方法是可靠有效的,可为该类高层混合结构的性能评估提供依据和方法。

Abstract: Steel reinforced concrete (SRC) frame-concrete core wall is widely used in high-rise building structure because of its better seismic performance and space arrangement. Reasonable evaluation of earthquake damage level plays an important role in seismic disaster prediction and resilience. By summing up and analyzing large quasi-static test results of major components in the structures and referring to Classification of earthquake damage to buildings and special structures(GB/T 24335—2009) and other papers, different damage levels of major components were described. Structural components deformation index limit was calculated which satisfy the limit around 85% in guarantee rate of different damage states. A component deformation index-based damage evaluation method for high-rise hybrid structure was established. The damages for structure under three level earthquakes were evaluated by finite element analysis (FEA).The result shows that the evaluation of structural damage level based on components deformation index agrees with the evaluation results based on the material damage cloud figure produced by FEA. The deformation index limits of each component are reasonable and the proposed method is reliable and effective. The study provides a way for performance evaluation of the high-rise hybrid structures.
