浅谈建筑结构抗震概念设计的进展

近15年来统计,江苏省建成或在建的超限建筑工程,分为公共建筑、居住建筑、隔震减振工程3类,可以看出,运用抗震概念设计在工程的抗震设计、审查、科研方面起到很好的作用,重要性显而易见,它既能符合现行工程设计标准、规范要求,又能促进技术发展和创新,推进、完善和补充现行规范内容。同时,针对建筑工程的＂超限＂部分提出的更严格的措施,促进了工程防震减灾综合能力的提高。

Discussion on the Progress of Seismic Concept Design

High-rise buildings beyond the code limits in Jiangsu province which are completed or under construction in the past 15 years are divided into three categories as public buildings,residential buildings and isolation damping works.It’s noticed that seismic concept design is quite beneficial to improve seismic design,review and research quality,and it’s significance is obviously.The seismic concept design not only accords with the requirements of current engineering design standards and codes but also promotes the technology development,innovation,promotion,improvement and complement of current codes.The more stringent measures given to the part of the "beyond codes" have improved the comprehensive ability of the engineering and earthquake reduction.
