摘    要:由于建筑节能不涉及结构安全,以次充好或偷工减料的现象时有发生,从而给节能建筑工程质量埋下隐患。对竣工的居住建筑进行抽查检测,从而确保居住建筑的节能质量和建筑节能目标的实现。目前对建筑节能现场检测的围护结构(一般测外墙和屋顶、架空地板)的传热系数的检测方法,主要有四种:热流计法、功率法、控温箱-热流计法、常功率平面热源法。文章综述了几种建筑物围护结构传热系数现场检测方法的原理、操作方法、适用条件,指出各种方法的优缺点及注意事项。

Abstract:Abstarct: As the energy efficiency does not involve the structural safety of building,there is a hidden danger of building energy efficiency which comes from the shoddy or jerry-building.We can ensure the quality of residential building energy efficiency and building energy-saving goals on completion of the residential buildings to random testing.Currently,the detection methods of heat transfer coefficient to maintenance of the structure of the scene detection are mainly four: heat flow meter method,power method,temperature control box-heat flow meter method,with constant plane heat source method.In this paper,I reviewed the on-site detection of principles,methods of operation,application conditions,heat transfer coefficient of several building maintenance,pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of various methods and precautions.
