Zn-22Al合金的力学性能及其阻尼器性能分析

摘    要:在常温环境中,应变速率为1×10-4~1×10-1s-1的条件下对Zn-22Al合金进行拉伸实验,结果表明其具有较低的流变应力,良好的室温拉伸性能和超塑性能。用有限元软件ANSYS对Zn-22Al合金阻尼器进行了数值计算,显示这种合金阻尼器滞回曲线饱满,耗能效果良好。

Abstract:Tensile tests of Zn-22Al alloy were carried out in the room temperature and the strain rate ranging from 1×10^-4 tos1×10^-1s^-1. The results show that low threshold for deformation from stress good room temperature tensile property and superplastic property have obtained. The calculation of finite element software ANSYS shows that Zn-22Al damper possesses the stable hysteretic capacity, which means it has a good capacity of dissipating energy.
