| 摘 要： | 对目前规范规定尚少的带单面走廊的砌体房屋的水平地震作用进行了计算分析,通过对比承重墙体和外廊框柱的抗侧移刚度,结合规范对底层框架-抗震墙的抗震计算规定,提出了该类房屋应重点进行概念设计,并提出了相应的抗震构造措施,以便实际工程中应用参考。
