天津站轨道换乘中心逆作法桩柱定位安装技术

摘    要:逆作法在大型公共建筑中应用日渐广泛,但其施工工艺、机械设备、技术水平等方面都存在一定的局限性.天津站轨道换乘中心工程为3层纯地下结构,其盖挖逆作法柱长近30m,桩长48~56m.在桩、柱之间无底板或承台过渡情况下,进行单桩单柱连接,这种情况国家规范尚无明确规定.通过实践,提出深位桩桩顶定位标准及桩孔空钻部分垂直度控制标准,详细制定了钢管柱整体吊装定位方法、定位标准及施工技术要点,很好地解决了深孔位下桩、柱连接的技术和质量问题.
