| 摘 要： | 温州世贸中心建筑高度为333.33m,是中国钢筋混凝土筒中筒结构第一高楼.250m以上钢结构为莲花瓣造型.高空钢结构采用厚型防火涂料.施工前,针对防火涂料经常出现开裂甚至脱落的质量问题进行样板施工,确定了影响钢结构厚型防火涂料开裂的原因,针对不同的原因采取一系列措施防止开裂,取得良好效果.
