| 摘 要： | 大连远洋大厦地下室埋深22.75m,基础底板、外墙防水施工面积18200m2,采用防水混凝土,铺贴APP改性沥青防水卷材和SBS改性沥青防水卷材。施工过程中,严格控制混凝土及卷材施工质量,防水效果良好。

| Abstract: | The depth of burial of the basement of Dalian International Ocean Building is 22 75m and the total waterproofing area of it is 18200m 2. The waterproofing concrete, APP modified asphalt waterproofing coiled material and SBS modified asphalt waterproofing coiled material are used in the waterproofing Project construction. The waterproofing quality is very good because of the strict construction quality control of concrete and coiled materials. |
