浅谈钢网架两种节点应力变形施工技术要点

摘    要:某联合工房屋架为正交正放四角锥网架,节点为螺栓球节点和焊接球节点两种。介绍了这两种节点在施工过程中产生的应力及采取的控制措施。钢网架在施工中划分为5个单元体,采用在地面拼装,四机抬吊安装技术,确保了施工顺利进行。

Abstract:The roof of a combined workshop is an orthogonal spatial square pyramid grid with bolt-sphere joints and welded-sphere joints.Authors introduce stress of two kinds of joints produced during construction and the control measures.The steel grid is divided into five unit bodies during construction.Per unit body adopts the installation technologies of assembling on ground and lifting with four tower cranes,which assure construction frequently.
