| Abstract: | Contractors' claim case, claim procedure and noticeable items and owners' counter claim measures under the FIDIC contract condition are discussed in this paper. The resolution to the claim and counter claim is analyzed. This is beneficial for the international construction contractors to carry out the claims and counter claims, gaining better development and profits. |
