| 摘 要： | 大型设备基础找正、找平后采用环氧砂浆二次浇筑,解决了靠传统的微膨胀细石混凝土二次灌注从而导致混凝土收缩产生裂缝和出现底座下灌浆不实的问题。介绍了设备基础的环氧砂浆施工关键技术及措施,提出原材料质量、施工质量和环境温度控制措施,详细阐述了环氧砂浆二次浇筑施工过程及其施工中的注意事项。

| Abstract: | The problems of cracking by concrete shrinkage and pouring compaction at equipment foundation with traditional slight expansion fine aggregate concrete are solved by two-time casting of epoxy mortar after the concrete leveling and aligning.The construction key techniques and measures of epoxy mortar are introduced.The control measures of material quality,construction quality and environmental temperature are put forward.The attentions of secondary casting of epoxy mortar are described in detail. |
