无砟轨道水泥乳化沥青砂浆泵送施工技术的研究与应用

摘    要:针对吊车吊装中转运输砂浆的各种弊端,通过泵机选型、管路设计、现场调试与应用等,研发出适用于水泥乳化沥青砂浆大规模快速施工的泵送设备及工艺。该泵送设备可直接采用砂浆搅拌车的备用电源,不需外接电源,使用方便,操作简单,容易清洗,故障率低;泵送时对砂浆性能影响较小,泵送效率高、运距远,适于桥梁、路基、隧道等各种施工工况。现场应用情况表明,该泵送技术能大幅提高施工效率,创下单日正线灌注141块轨道板的纪录;同时节省人力物力,减少材料浪费,降低工程成本,促进文明施工。
