大跨度现浇箱梁跨公路膺架结构设计

摘    要:现浇箱梁膺架搭设是施工中经常遇见的一种结构形式,根据青岛海湾大桥(K33+315—K33+380)跨越既有胶黄公路(S328省道)膺架法施工实际,总结了门式支架结合满堂支架的膺架体系的结构设计。此膺架结构经过预压检测,门式支架和满堂支架的变形值都在规范规定的允许值范围之内,膺架整体稳定性满足箱梁要求。

Abstract:Scaffolding structure of cast-in-place box girder is a normal structure style in construction.Based on scaffolding construction at Qingdao Bay Bridge crossing S328 load,the structure design of scaffolding system of portal scaffolding and full scaffolding is summed up.After the scaffolding structure is detected,the deformation values of the portal scaffolding and full scaffolding are all in the range of allowance values in codes,and the stability of the scaffolding system meets the requirement of box girder.
