| 摘 要： | 随着房地产企业间竞争的不断加剧,项目开发成本也随着攀升,从而使项目开发风险加大。笔者从房地产开发项目的2个关键阶段,即设计阶段和施工阶段论述了如何去控制开发项目的成本,使得有效的资金产生更大的经济效益。
