摘    要:上海国际客运中心Winter Garden建筑的大跨度屋面桁架安装是其施工过程中起控制作用的环节,需要确定合理的安装方案.根据结构的特点和现场条件,选择整体提升的方法进行安装,并制定了相应的方案.同时基于三维有限单元法,根据结构中Q345B钢材的力学性质,采用Bernoulli-Euler梁单元建立了仿真分析模型,计算了对应于各安装工序的结构反应.分析结果表明安装方案合理可行.

Abstract:Installation of large-span roof trusses is a controlling step in construction procedure of Winter Garden building in Shanghai International Transportation Center.And a reasonable installation scheme for the step is needed.According to characteristics of structure and conditions of construction site,integral lift technology was used for installation and the scheme was made.Based on the three-dimensional finite element method and incorporating the mechanic properties of the Q345B steel used for the structure,simulation analysis model was established using Bernoulli-Euler beam elements.Structural responses of each installation step were then calculated.It is shown by the results that the installation scheme is reasonable and feasible.
