钢铁企业综合能源的诊断及利用

针对部分钢铁企业用能水平仍待改进的现状,以一家民营钢铁企业的综合能源现状为样本,对该厂整个能源设施进行摸排调研,并根据全厂煤气和蒸汽的平衡结果分析,提出其综合能源利用的方案。最后提出了该厂能源综合利用的建议。

Discussion on Comprehensive Energy Diagnosis and Utilization in Iron and Steel Enterprise

In view of the problems existing in some iron and steel enterprises whose energy consumption level is still to be improved,this article takes the current situation of comprehensive energy of a private iron and steel enterprise as a sample,on the basis of the investigation and research on the energy facilities in the whole plant,obtains the balance results of gas and steam in the whole plant,proposes a comprehensive energy utilization plan of the balance results,and finally gives the suggestions for comprehensive application of energy for the whole plant.
