电石渣对湿排粉煤灰活性预激发作用

试验研究了利用电石渣中含有氢氧化钙组分,可对湿排粉煤灰进行碱性预激发,从而提高湿排粉煤灰的早期水化反应活性的激发作用。结果表明,经电石渣预激发后的湿排粉煤灰,能够显著提高水泥净浆的早期强度,并随着预激发时间的延长,其经激发后的改性干料的反应活性提高明显。说明电石渣所提供的碱性环境有利于粉煤灰颗粒的早期活性激发,可促进其二次水化反应的进行。

Pre-reactivation of Calcium Carbide Sludge on to the Activity of Wet-discharged Flyash

The calcium carbide sludge is a kind of industrial waste,which contains large amount of calcium hydroxide,that can activate the wet-discharged fly-ash owing to its alkaliness and so the activity of the fly-ash at early age is enhanced obriously.The effects mentioned above are experimentally studied and the rezults show that the wet-discharged fly-ash,after it has been pre-activated by calcium carbide sludge,can obviously enhance the strength of cement paste at early age.And the time of pre-activation is the longer,the increasing value of strength of dry matirials pre-activated is the more obvious.
