| 摘 要： | 轨道交通枢纽综合体是围绕轨道交通枢纽建造的复合功能建筑,是TOD理念的直接体现.本文初步论述了此类建筑设计需要涉及的六个主要问题一交通组织、功能组织、空间布局、景观环境、标识系统和公共设施,并以北京市房山线长阳镇站轨道交通枢纽综合体设计为例,进一步说明以上观点.

| Abstract: | Complex of rail transportation hub is the multi-purpose construction serving for rail transportation which is the presentation of TOD idea.The paper discusses essential subjects about the design of this kind of construction, circulation organization,function organization, space arrangement,landscaping and environment,sign system and public amenities and makes a further presentation with the case of the complex of rail transportation hub of Fangshan Changyang Line in Beijing. |
