X射线荧光光谱法测定"芝麻白"成份的研究

摘    要:采用玻璃熔融制样技术、X射线荧光光谱仪测定芝麻白花岗石的化学组成,可获高准确度和高精密度的分析结果,测定值与化学法及推荐值相符,重复10次测定主、次量纽分的RSD<0.64%。 方法简便快捷,分析时间仅为传统湿法化学分析的1/8,应用于花岗石的测定,结果满意。

Abstract:The chemical components of sesame white granite were analyzed by X-ray fluorescence spectrometry with glass disk technique. The results provided by this method are in agreement with certified values and with those provided by classical chemical methods. The precision (n= 10) of the method is <0.64% RSD for major and minor components. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and precise. The time consumed per sample is only 1/8 of that by classical chemical methods. It is used in the determination of granite with the result is satisfactory.
