| 摘 要： | 随着我国经济与科技的不断发展,人们的生活水平得到了提高,在建筑行业发展过程中,社会对其功能以及安全的要求也在不断提升。近年来,我国城市化进程不断推进,高层建筑的数量逐渐增加,成为我国主要的建筑趋势。在人员密集场所中更加容易出现消防隐患,如果不能加强消防管理以及监督管理工作,该类场所消防事故就会造成非常大的影响。文章将从人员密集场所消防事故特点、出现消防事故的主要原因、消防监督检查工作存在的问题以及优化策略等方面进行论述,以供参考。

| Abstract: | With the development of technologies and science, Chinese people have led a better life, and expect more in building safety and multifuntional construction. In recent years, the process of urbanization urged the development of high-rises in China. Assembly occupancies are at high risks in fire accidents, thus any flaws in fire safety supervision and inspection may lead to large-scale accidents. This paper, on the basis of features of assembly occupancies, analyzes the probable reasons of fire accidents and problems in supervision, and provides solutions in upgrading strategies and managements. |
