| 摘 要： | 本文通过对我国文物保护制度的特征分析,探讨近现代建筑遗产保护中的若干现实问题,从国家与地方的保护法规修订变化中,发现近现代遗产保护的观念变化和制度建设的必要性。由于我国的近现代建筑遗产具有多样性的特征,由此带来保护对策的特殊性和灵活性需求。为积极保护近现代建筑遗产,文物保护的国家制度必须改进完善,而上海、厦门等城市的地方性保护实践,对保护制度的建设具有积极的借鉴意义和参考价值。

| Abstract: | The analysis of domestic cultural relics preservation system tells us there are some realistic problems in modern architectural heritage preservation. The conversion of concept revealed from the change of national and regional statutes revised also indicates the necessities of institutional construction, in which the flexibility and particularity of preservation strategy are required to meet the diversification of modern architectural heritage. The practice in Shanghai and Xiamen city will be of active meaning and great value for reference in construction of preservation system. |
