| 摘 要： | 围绕滨水居住的价值,矛盾及空间策略,以三个滨水居住区域的规划设计为例,探讨了滨水居住空间形态中,利于居住者观景的建筑布局原则与城市景观建构之间的对立统一关系,肯定了"岸线垂直模式"这一"理想"原则在滨水居住中观景与景观的双重价值。

| Abstract: | In the case studies on planning and design for three different waterfront living areas,this paper makes dis- cussion on the value,the relevant contradiction and spatial tactics for waterfront living,and on the law of unity of op- posites between construction of cityscape and residential buildings layout for sight view.It advocates that the"layout perpendicular to river (lake) side"is an ideal pattern with dual value for both cityscape and residents' sight view. |
